Frequently Asked Questions
How are your products made?
-All products are made from scratch by hand, using no bases/mixes. All formulas are formulated from scratch, and created by hand. Individual ingredients are hand weighed, mixed, and poured. Soaps stay in molds for around 2 days after poured, and are then hand cut. Soaps cure for 4-6 weeks, until they are hand packaged per order. Soy candles and soy wax melts cure 2 weeks after being made.
Are your products vegan?
-Yes, with the exception of: golden salve which contains beeswax, and our beeswax lip balms. All of our soaps contain natural plant oils, mica or botanicals for color, and essential oils or fragrance depending on the individual soap. Our soy candles are vegan as well.
What is your return/refund policy?
-Due to the handmade nature of these products, returns cannot be accepted. Your satisfaction is our top priority; please reach out if you are unhappy with your purchase. If an order is damaged, please contact within 48 hours of delivery.
Shipping
-Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order, but we aim for 1-2. Shipping prices are calculated at checkout. A shipping charge will be added to every order, unless your order is $45+ and qualifies for free shipping.
Item availability
-Inventory can be limited due to every product being handmade from scratch. Soaps cure for 4-6 weeks, and soy candles cure for 2 weeks. Inventory is updated frequently, but in the case an item is sold beyond available inventory, orders will be contacted for substitutions.
